The Advanced Clean Cars II (ACCII) regulations, adopted by California’s Air Resources Board (CARB) in August 2022, sets a second phase of ambitious targets for the state of California in reducing vehicle emissions and accelerating the transition to zero-emission vehicles (ZEVs). Currently these targets specify that all new vehicle sales in the state will be zero emission by 2035, with an interim target of 35% by 2026.

**Context and role objectives:
**

This Account Executive role, based in London, sits within Circulor’s global sales organisation and is responsible for managing sales activities with prospects, clients and their supply chains.

They are a dynamic, commercially focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment with a multi-national client base.

The role requires experience in selling software or consulting services to senior – perhaps C-level - clients in the procurement, supply chain, and sustainability functions of large organisations.

They are able to generate and close opportunities independently and where required, work effectively with other colleagues in the pre-sales and delivery teams on more complex customer opportunities.

Additionally, the AE helps Circulor lead the market through the innovation and development of our products and services by providing industry and customer insights and by contributing to compelling thought leadership.

**Key tasks and responsibilities:**

- Build/contribute to a well-qualified pipeline of sales opportunities and convert them into contracted ARR
- Identify opportunities to deliver increased revenue growth from both existing and new customers and prospects
-  Develop and execute a monthly business plan to grow business in their region, country or focus account
- Consult with clients and provide advice on their B2B demand generation, marketing technology, and data/analytics strategy and approach
- Engage with senior-level target ‘personas’ with a high degree of professionalism, accuracy, and follow-up
- Prepare and deliver proposals, bids and presentations to prospects and customers
- Build effective and trusting relationships across client organisations that promotes and enhances Circulor’s capabilities, track record and brand recognition
- Apply best practice and sales methodologies and demonstrate core skills in objection handling with customers, overcoming difficult challenges to enable a positive outcome
- Maintaining an accurate single source of truth for all sales activities to maximise effectiveness and coordinate sales globally

- Strong understanding of industrial supply chains and/or sustainability in key sectors: EV etc
- Prior experience selling SaaS IT solutions / consultancy services to supply chain, procurement and sustainability prospects and clients

- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills

 Account Executive North America

**Context and role objectives:
**
The principal responsibility of the Implementation Engineer is to assist the wider Implementation Engineering team in delivering customer implementations, specifically, the digitalizing of supply chains to enable the traceability and provenance of raw materials and tracking of CO2.  

Depending on level of experience, the Implementation Engineer may also lead on smaller customer implementations as appropriate.

The Implementation Engineer has exceptional administrative, organisational, and presentation skills which, in turn, are deployed to ensure the smooth running of our internal functions and the implementation of new customers onto our technologies.

Additionally, this role helps Circulor to lead the market by supporting the innovation and development of our products and services and providing timely and accurate feedback on methodology, process and execution. 

More broadly, our Implementation Engineers are here to promote Circulor by delivering a level of service quality to our customers that is best in class. 


**Responsibilities:
**
- Support larger – and as appropriate to experience, lead smaller – project executions and planning with the creation of compelling collateral and visual material
- Creation of project management materials and planning documentation
- Knowledge and information management for customer materials
- Customer liaison including co-ordination of agendas, pre-meet materials, and context-setting ahead of key meetings 
- Manage the Implementation Engineering team’s document library to ensure it remains up-to-date and navigable 
- Review and enhance current implementation processes
- Satisfy customer needs via a proactive approach to understanding the supply chain sector and to serve them accordingly
- Resolve customers’ time-sensitive and high-pressure queries
- Take responsibility, initiative, and coordinate internally to ensure support is always covered
- Configure software environments for each of Circulor’s products
- Data testing, including running software test scripts
- Identify and report software tickets for bug fixes, change requests, and new functionalities
- Research new production processes and create product packs to inform the wider Circulor team.  Summarise findings and demonstrate structured thinking and attention to detail.  Maintain quality and reference ability when working at pace

**Experience and skills:**

- 1.5 - 2 years of relevant industry experience implementing complex solutions for customers in a similar manner or a BSc degree or Apprenticeship degree in a relevant field
- Solid understanding of either manufacturing, material processing, chemical engineering, industrial supply chains and/or sustainability
- Languages: Fluent spoken and written English [and Mandarin]. [For EMEA, a second European language would be an advantage].
- Owner mindset, with an ability and inclination to be hands-on in all aspects of the role

Remote

Implementation Engineer

**Context and role objectives:	
**
Software Engineers at Circulor are involved in the design and development of application components and new features and are responsible for the quality assurance and peer review of code during the development lifecycle. 

They conduct automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by the  development team is fit for purpose and any bugs or issues are removed within a product before it gets deployed.

Their role is integral to the creation of software systems and technical products around supply chains using mobile and browser-based technologies including Android, iOS, Oracle, Hyperledger Fabric, NodeJS and RESTful services.

They may need to become familiar with new programming and coding languages and be willing to adapt and grow their skills as the business and technology evolve.

This is a remote position with possible occasional travel for meetings.

The role includes working on international projects.

**Responsibilities**

- Writing clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
- Develop and support software including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements
- Develop unit tests for application code to automated testing of the application components
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure projects meet business objectives and compliance standards
- Support test and deployment of new products and features
- Remaining at the forefront of technology and applying best practice development techniques to a project
- Participate in code reviews
- Provide mentoring and guidance to junior team members

**Experience and skills:
**
- 5+ years development using Oracle
- Extensive experience in SQL, PLSQL with Oracle 18c and later versions

Software Engineer

**Context and role objectives:**

Our Customer Success Manager sits within our Customer Services team and acts as a single point of contact for Circulor customer issues and queries raised about our services.

The CS Manager is pivotal to ensuring Circulor’s customers receive an unrivalled level of customer service during and following the set up of our services. 

They provide timely and high-quality updates to customers throughout and liaise with Circulor’s product, development and implementation teams to ensure swift and accurate resolutions. 


They build, nurture and develop excellent working relationships with both senior stakeholders and operational users within our customer base.

Working closely with the Circulor’s Sales and Product teams, they also identify, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities and help Circulor shape and develop its solutions.

**Responsibilities:**

- First-line support ownership for incoming external and internal support requests as defined within our Service Level Agreement timescales
- Technical problem-solving ncluding issue replication and investigation
- Provision of guidance to customers via the customer support tool, email and remote working tools such as Zoom
- Collaborate with Circulor’s product, development and implementation teams to aid rapid resolution of support requests
- Host regular catch-ups with customers and deliver scheduled reporting including the presentation of new products / features, market trends
- Track customer usage of the Circulor services including progress made during their set-up phase and proactive engagement to remove any operational blockers or concerns

**Experience and skills:**

- Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Self-starter capable of working with limited supervision as well as part of a larger team
- Proven track record in customer service, and enabling, serving and helping others
- Ability to follow a defined process and also suggest improvements and enhancements based on direct experience of following the process
- Excellent organizational, administration, and time management
- Experience using Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) 
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English both written and verbal (any other languages would be advantage)
