不仅如此，《欧盟新电池法规》实际上并不是欧盟唯一一项与供应链尽职调查有关的立法工作。例如，《欧盟冲突矿产法规》已经生效几年了。当然，正如我们从詹姆斯那里听到的，还有范围更广、规模更大的《企业可持续发展尽职调查指令》。 

至于电池供应链中的尽职调查，预期将于 2025 年 8 月生效，留给企业大约 9 个月的时间来证明企业已按照规定的要求成功实施。 

至今，尽管距离实施截止日期的时间很短，但信息仍然不多。法规中的要求相当明确，但在我们与公司的合作中，我们可以清楚地看到，他们很难理解对他们的期望以及如何实施这些要求。 

由于时间紧迫，加之相关知识匮乏，这些因素的结合给企业带来了不小的压力。
